Return and Refunds

In the event that you are unhappy with your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You should do this by sending an email to: enquiries@abayagirl.co.uk stating clearly your issue with the item. Please note we do not accept returns on the basis that colour of product does not match your expectation. Minor discrepancies can be expected depending on fabric (stock) or colours available at the time of production.

Once your return request has been received and if accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. We will expect for the item to be sent back to us within 5 working days of accepting the return. Note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. The item must not have any stains, marks e.g. make up, or smells e.g. perfume coming from it. Beadwork/ embroidery should remain intact. We have the right to decline a refund if the aforementioned conditions have not been met, in which case the item will be returned to you as a consequence.

Please note when sending a return, you are wholly responsible for choosing a suitable shipping method, as we will not take responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Abayagirl will not reimburse any shipping fees incurred to you when returning your order.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
